By accessing and using QRforID, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

QRforID provides a platform for users to generate secure QR codes for their vehicles. These QR codes allow third parties to anonymously contact the vehicle owner regarding parking issues or emergencies. QRforID acts purely as a notification conduit.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and ensuring your contact details are accurate.
• You agree to use the service for its intended purpose—receiving notifications about your vehicle—and not for spam, harassment, or any illegal activities.
• You are responsible for properly printing and visibly displaying the generated QR code on your vehicle.

4. Misuse of the Platform

Any use of the platform to send abusive, threatening, or spam messages via the QR scanning interface is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to ban IP addresses or users found violating this policy, and to terminate accounts that facilitate misuse.

5. Limitation of Liability

QRforID is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any damages to your vehicle, missed notifications, or actions taken by third parties who scan your QR code.

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice to you.
